Course Introduction:

This online Toyota Production System (TPS) course focuses on the integrated socio-technical model. You will study the essential elements of the Toyota Production System (TPS) which is based on fundamental management principles and basic lean manufacturing concepts. You will learn all the basic terminologies related to TPS, the guiding principles of the TPS, and Toyota's approach towards its operations management.
